Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using services provided by Falcons Clean. By using our services, you accept the following conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Falcons Clean provides professional cleaning services for offices, commercial facilities, medical facilities, and private homes. The detailed scope of work is determined individually with the Client.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client undertakes to provide access to the facility at the agreed time and to inform about any special requirements or hazards regarding the cleaned surfaces.
4. Payments
Remuneration for services is determined individually based on the price list or individual valuation. Payments are made based on the issued VAT invoice within the time limit indicated therein.
5. Liability
Falcons Clean makes every effort to ensure that services are provided at the highest level. The company has civil liability insurance for its business activities.
6. Complaints
Any comments regarding the quality of the services provided should be reported immediately, no later than 24 hours after completion of the work.
7. Final Provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the company's seat.
